In August 2017, the Turkish restaurant, MADO, opened their restaurant number 504 at Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen. The company already has restaurants in 26 countries and serves common café dishes like pasta, burgers and steaks, but it is the ice that the company is particularly famous for. All their ice cream comes from Anatolia and is based on goat milk. This makes the ice harder than we usually know it and taste more strongly. At MADO you have to eat the ice cream with a knife and fork.
