NOSE2TAIL Meatpacker is an eatery with sustainability in focus. The food is being prepared with deep respect towards the animals and the nature they come from. All meat at NOSE2TAIL originates from Danish free-range animals. The rest ingredients are as far as possible local, organic and completely without food additives. If you are a meat lover, NOSE2TAIL is the perfect place for you. Delicious steaks are served, and the kitchen is especially proud of their ability to use the whole animal when cooking - just like in the old days. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are of course also available. Furthermore, there is a wide range of beer, wine and drinks and the menu is being tailored to the seasons of the year. NOSE2TAIL is located in a cosy basement in the Meatpacking District of Copenhagen.
