Frequently asked questions
MENUPAY provides its mebers with discount and special offers at restaurants. The discount is up to 30%. In order to obtain the MENUPAY-discount you have to pay the following way:
- Find the restaurant you are visiting in the MENUPAY app
- Write the full amount from your receipt
- Choose your payment method (paymentcard or MobilePay
- Approve the purchase with your PIN code or Touch/FaceID
(The discount will automatically be deducted from your purchase).
If you have challenges with the payment, please call us at +45 3131 6464 (weekdays between 10 AM - 13 PM) or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information:
- Describe the exact issue you had in the app
- Include a screenshot of the error message
- Your phone version
- The software version of your phone
- The version of the MENUPAY app
With MENUPAY you can obtain a discount for up to 9 people. For larger arrangements, please call us at +45 3131 6464 or contact email@example.com.
In order to obtain the MENUPAY-discount you neither need to book a table nor inform the restaurant that you wish to pay with MENUPAY.
The discount applies to the entire bill - included drinks. Please be aware of some exceptions. Make sure you check these under the specific restaurant you are visiting, in the app. MENUPAY cannot be combined with other speical offers or menus.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot password?". You will hereafter receive an e-mail with a new password.
Please be aware of the following:
- If you haven't received the e-mail, please check your "spam" folder
- If you have received more e-mails from us, use the newest sent
When you have entered your account, you can change the password in the settings.
If you have had a bad experience with MENUPAY, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember to include relevant information such as the restaurant's name, date and time of the visit, a picture of your receipt, and a description of your experience.

MENUPAY is free of charge!
If you do not wish to receive e-mails from MENUPAY, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the e-mails you receive from us or contact us at email@example.com.
Satisfied members are very important to us - please contact us if there is anything that we can do differently to give you a better experience.
If you wish your MENUPAY-account deleted, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to inform us the e-mail address that you are registered with, full name, and if possible, membership number.
It is possible that a card fee will be charged when using MENUPAY.
Private danish and EU cards have no fees.
US cards, non EU cards, and Danish business can induce a card fee. The fee varies depending on the card type.
The fee goes directly to NETS and not MENUPAY.
